USAGE TIPS AND SUITABLE COMBINATIONS:

headache – with lavender (massage forehead, temples or inhale from handkerchief)

stomach massage – with base oil in clockwise direction in stomach area

Dilution max. 2% (high doses may cause insomnia).

Do not apply to damaged and cracked skin.
