Shipping and payment

At Cupranova, we take care that every product reaches you in perfect condition. We pack every copper bottle, jug and piece of jewellery with great care — using protective fillings that shield the product during transport. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of receipt.

Shipping options

• Delivery to address — the courier will deliver the parcel directly to the address you specify.
• Pick-up points and parcel lockers — collect your parcel at the nearest pick-up point or parcel locker at a time that suits you.

• Bank transfer — we will dispatch your order once the payment is credited to our account.
• Cash on delivery — you pay when you collect the parcel.
