USAGE TIPS AND SUITABLE COMBINATIONS:
Headaches – in combination with mint
Menstruation – 30 ml almond oil + 2 drops rose + 10 drops clary sage + 15 drops lavender
+ 3 drops geranium. Massage lower abdomen 1-2 times daily, start 3 – 5 days before onset
of MS.
Digestion – 5 ml almond oil (1 tsp) + 3 drops lavender + 2 drops orange.
Massage abdomen in clockwise direction.
Diffusing - with oregano or thyme, or with clary sage and/or with
frankincense
For children - + orange, chamomile
For sensitive skin – with mandarin, for mature skin – with geranium and ylang ylang
