USAGE TIPS AND SUITABLE COMBINATIONS:
Bergamot, lavender, frankincense, rose
Gum inflammation – 1 drop peppermint and 1 drop sage in a glass of water + 1 tbsp oil – gargle
Oil for lymphatic system (week before menstruation - 50 ml base oil (almond, olive, sesame etc.) + 5 drops fennel, 5 drops geranium, 5 drops rosemary, 5 drops sage. Mix ingredients and massage lower abdomen, legs and arms with oil – towards the heart.
